 THE RESORT SANTA MARIA, is located in the same named bay, directly on the sea, surrounded by the rocks of Capo Vaticano, in front of a wonderful beach of fine sand, 10 km away from the town Tropea. The structure is situated in a fresh and green oasis; many paths will take you through gardens full of trees, flowers and every kind of plants.
The resort offers accommodations in form of residence and also in form of hotel, particularly made for families.
The hotel is placed in the center of the resort and equipped with air conditioned rooms with mini fridge and tv
The residence includes: groups of studios on the ground floor, two room apartments with a veranda, three room apartments, groups of houses and also independent houses

living with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen in the  living or on the veranda.
Terraced House: ground floor: two bedrooms, living with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen in the  living or on the veranda
Room with full board  :  room with  bath, air condition, tv, mini-fridge
Apparthotel in the one-room ground floor, ( minimum three person) bed room with double bed and bunk beds, bathroom with shower, spacious  veranda with kitchen, overnight stay,
breakfast, dinner.
 

 

The resort has brickwork apartments with bathroom for every requirement: hotel room (with a form of full board), bungalows for 3-4 persons, apartments for 4-6 persons and houses immersed in the green.
The center offers the opportunity to spend quiet and restful holidays and at the same time allows an eventful stay for those who want: in fact it lays just 10 km away from Tropea and organizes weekly trips to Sila, to Reggio Calabria, to Taormina and the Eolien islands.
During the day and the evening the fun is guaranteed with the animation with tennis lessons, windsurf, diving, games and a mini club for children, shows and disco.

Payment Conditions After having chosen the desired accomodation, you will have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental fee via credit card.
The balance is to be paid on arrival or departure directly to the provider of the accomodation service.
Terms of Cancellation The cancellation of a booking must be done in writing (via fax, e-mail or ordinary mail). In case of cancellation Tropea Booking will refund you the following amounts:
- cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival date: 90% of the deposit.
- cancellation from the 29th to the 15th day prior to arrival date: 50% of the deposit.
- cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date: no refund of the deposit.
A possible reduction of the planned period of stay is considered to be a cancellation.
