Hotel Villaggio Roller Club


Villaggio Roller Club is a very well-equipped holiday village situated in a huge park area and the ideal destination for making your stay in this charmful small spot of Calabria an unforgettable experience.   

Our accommodations are embedded in a beautiful park with numerous Mediterranean plants -  within a stone’s throw from the sea. They are divided in the upper and the lower area.
The „lower area“ is situated close to the beach and close to the service facilities of the holiday village. The „upper area“ is located in a hilly panoramic position above the sea, very quiet and incorporated in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. To reach the “upper zone” from the sea and the service facilities, you have to climb up 90 steps on a staircase inside the holiday village or go by car on an external road (approximately 200 m).
The well-furnished accommodations are provided with private bathrooms, air-conditioning, telephone, safe and mini-fridge and are divided-up in the following typologies:
Hotel Room with Full Board:
-         The hotel rooms in the „lower area“ are located in 2-storey buildings with veranda or balcony
-         The hotel rooms in the „upper area“ are located in terraced houses on the ground floor
Comfort Rooms „Venere Piscina“ with Full Board: located in terraced houses on the ground floor with spacious veranda with view on the Sea and the Pool
Comfort Rooms „Torre Ruffa“ with Full Board: all situated on the ground floor in terraced houses (Glicine) or isolated bungalows (Fiordaliso, Mimosa and Lillà) and directly on the beach.
Aparthotel with breakfast and dinner:
-         Big 1-Room-Studioapartment in the „lower area“ on the first floor, consisting of two  connected bedrooms and exterior kitchenette on the balcony
-         Big 1-Room-Studioapartment in the „upper area“ on the ground floor, consisting of two connected bedrooms and exterior kitchenette on the closed veranda (conservatory)
-         1-Room-Studioapartment in terraced houses in the „lower area“ on the ground floor or on the first floor and in the „upper area“ on the ground floor, composed of one bedroom and exterior kitchenette on the veranda.
 
Residence
Detached Bungalows: imbedded in a big garden area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, kitchen-lounge and spacious veranda
2-Room-Terraced Houses: on the ground floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms and exterior kitchenette on the veranda
HOTEL ROOMS WITH FULL BOARD
Equipped with private bathroom (shower), hairdryer, air-conditioning, TV, telephone, safe and mini-fridge
-         ROOMS with Full Board in the „lower area“: these rooms are located in 2-storey buildings with veranda or balcony
-         ROOMS with Full Board in the „upper area“: these rooms are situated in panoramic position above the sea and the service facilities of the holiday village in terraced houses on the ground floor imbedded in a park area; to reach the “upper area”, you have to climb up 90 steps on a staircase inside the holiday village, 10% REDUCTION
 
COMFORT ROOM „Torre Ruffa“ WITH FULL BOARD
in the „lower area“ of the holiday village, all situated on the ground floor in terraced houses („Glicine“) and individual bungalows („Fiordaliso“, „Mimosa“ and „Lillà“)
·        Hotel Room Lillà: Single Room with seaview
·        Hotel Room Fiordaliso: Triple Room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; in part with sea view; supplement for sea view (if available): Euro 25,-/person/week
·        Hotel Room Glicine: 3- or 4-bed-room; in terraced house with 1 double bed and 1 double sleeping sofa, 2 bathrooms
·        Hotel Room Mimosa: Double room with double bed
 
Hotel Room VENERE PISCINA: 3-bed-room in terraced house or on the first floor, spacious veranda or balcony with view on the sea and the pool.
 
Prices include: Full Board in the main Restaurant „Roller“ (Buffet Restaurant), water and local wine, beach service (1 umbrella and 2 deckchairs for each room), daily cleaning.
 
 APARTHOTEL
equipped with private bathroom, air-conditioning, telephone, TV, safe, kitchenette, veranda, kitchen equipment, bed linen

·        in the LOWER AREA
1-Room-Studioapartment with 3 beds (bookable for a minimum of 2 persons): directly on the beach, exterior kitchenette on the veranda, bedroom with double bed and single bed;
Big 1-Room-Studioapartment with 4 beds (bookable for a minimum of 4 persons): directly on the beach, first floor, the room is divided up into two connected bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and exterior kitchenette on the balcony;
 
·        in the UPPER AREA
the apartments are located in the middle of a green park area in panoramic position above the sea and the service facilities of the holiday village; to reach the “upper area”, you have to climb up 90 steps on a staircase inside the holiday village;
 1-Room-Studioapartment with 3/4 beds (bookable for a minimum of 2 persons): situated on the ground floor of a terraced house, consisting of a bedroom with double bed and single bed or bunk bed and exterior kitchenette on the Veranda;
Big 1-Room-Studioapartment with 4 beds (bookable for a minimum of 4 persons): situated on the ground floor of a terraced house; the room is divided up in two connected bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds); exterior kitchenette on the closed veranda (conservatory);
 
Prices include: gas, water, electricity and final cleaning (except the cooking area which has to be cleaned by the guests themselves or will be charged with Euro 25,-); breakfast and dinner (water and wine included).
 
 
RESIDENCE
In the „lower area“ of the holiday village, equipped with private bathroom, air-conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, kitchenette, veranda, kitchen equipment, bedlinen.
 
Bungalows with 4/5 beds: detached Bungalows surrounded by a green garden area close to the beach, consisting of a kitchen-lounge, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, spacious veranda. In some bungalows it is possible to add an additional bed in the kitchen-lounge.
 
2-Room-Apartments with 4 beds: close to the sea, exterior kitchenette on the veranda, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 
 
Prices includes: gas, water, electricity and final cleaning (except the cooking area which has to be cleaned by the guests themselves or will be charged with Euro 25,-).

RESTAURANTS
The main Restaurant Roller offers every day a huge selection of regional and international delicacies served at the buffet.
The special Restaurant Torre Ruffa is situated on a picturesque veranda at the sea (opened in July and August at noon for our guests of Residence and Aparthotel).
 
BAR
At the bar, the dynamic and pleasant meeting point of the holiday village, our guests let themselves be spoiled with delicious cocktails served with seaview or enjoy relaxed television evenings with Satellite TV.
 
BAZAAR
In our characteristic Bazaar you’ll find a variety of beach articles and souvenirs as well as newspapers, tobacco and cigarettes.
 
SWIMMINGPOOL
Pool with nonswimmer area and sunbeds.
 
SPORT OFFER
Tennis-/soccer fields, archery, beach volleyball, boocia and table tennis.
 
ENTERTAINMENT
During the day, our entertainment team entertains you with plays, matches, aerobics and aquarobics and offers each evening different music meetings, cabaret, piano bar, discotheque and Latin-American dances.

Our specifically trained staff looks after your children from 3 years on and organizes parties, games and other attractions.
 
SPORT LESSONS
Our team of qualified trainers offers lessons in the following disciplines: tennis, archery, canoe and windsurfing.

Payment Conditions After having chosen the desired accomodation, you will have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental fee via credit card.
The balance is to be paid on arrival or departure directly to the provider of the accomodation service.
Terms of Cancellation The cancellation of a booking must be done in writing (via fax, e-mail or ordinary mail). In case of cancellation Tropea Booking will refund you the following amounts:
- cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival date: 90% of the deposit.
- cancellation from the 29th to the 15th day prior to arrival date: 50% of the deposit.
- cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date: no refund of the deposit.
A possible reduction of the planned period of stay is considered to be a cancellation.
