Hotel Village Eden

To fully enjoy a stay in Capo Vaticano you really need at least a week. That's why Hotel Village Eden, on the splendid Grotticelle Beach, is bookable for weekly stays.

Located only 15 minutes from the town of Tropea, Hotel Village Eden is comprised of residential apartments and hotel rooms.

Apartments and rooms are well-furnished, and are set approximately 40 metres from the beach.

Daytime and evening entertainment is provided from mid June to mid September. The establishment provides free parasols and deck chairs on the beach.

THE APARTMENTS

The apartments are well-furnished, both on the beach (about 40 m) or on the hill about 250 m far from the sea (Dependance). Besides are available Panoramic Villas 50/150 m far from the sea and external detached-houses (Villini) from 1 to 2 km with all facilities offered by the resort.

All the apartments are in masonry with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, they have all living room with kitchenette (dish, refrigerator with freezer, no linen), bathroom with shower and hair dryer, Sat TV, telephone (only ap. on the beach), ceiling fans and separate veranda.

2 ROOMED 2/4 beds apartment: 1 bedroom 1/2 beds in kitchenette/living-room. 
3 ROOMED 4/6 beds apartment: 2 bedrooms 2 beds in kitchenette/living-room. 
4 ROOMED 6/7 beds apartment: 3 bedrooms 1/2 beds in kitchenette/living-room.

PANORAMIC APARTMENTS ON THE BEACH: 1 or 2 bedrooms, living-room/kitchen with 1/2 beds, air conditioning included, and veranda sea view.

EXTERNAL VILLINI (detached-houses from 1 to 2 km far from the village): 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, large living-room/kitchen with 2 beds, air conditioning included, garden, car park and veranda sea view.
Facilities Included in Residence
- Bed Linen and Set Bath with weekly change.
- Final Cleaning (excluding the kitchen), hair dryer, Sat TV, private car park, private beach with use of 1 beach-umbrella and 2 deck-chairs per ap., ½ hour of canoe per person per day, children playground. 
- Shuttle Service from the beach to apartments in Dependance.
- Diurnal and nightly Animation till midnight from midi June to midi September.

Extra Charge in Residence
- Extra change linen: Single Bed 10 €; Double Bed 15 €; Set Bath 5 € per person. On request Apartment Cleaning 15 €.
- Breakfast 5 € per person per day. 
- Half Board 25 € and Full Board 35 € per person per day (included ¼ water and ¼ wine), Children till 12 years old Reduction 10 €.
- On request Baby Bed 35 € per week.
- Sky Vision Gold 10 € una tantum (from June to August).

 
THE HOTEL ROOMS


All the rooms are far from the beach about 30-40 meters, they are all DOUBLE with bathroom and with possibility of third or forth supplementary bed. All the rooms have bathroom with shower, air conditioning, hair dryer, mini-bar, telephone, safe and Sat TV.

Restaurant-pizzeria, bar, market, internet point, launderette 4 €, extra sun-umbrella 5 €, extra deck-chair 5 € and extra sun-bed 8 € per day, car and scooter rental, cycling-boats, boats, table-tennis, mini-cruise to Eolie Islands with departure from the hotel's beach and various excursions trip.


The Hotel Village Eden of Ricadi - Capo Vaticano (Vibo Valentia - Calabria) is located directly on the sea inside famouse "Grotticelle beach".

FROM NORTH: Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway (A3), Pizzo Calabro exit, to continue for coast road Pizzo - Tropea - Ricadi/Capo Vaticano. 
FROM NORTH/SOUTH: Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway (A3), S. Onofrio/Vibo Valentia exit, to continue for Vibo Valentia - Mesiano - Spilinga - Ricadi/Capo Vaticano. 
FROM SOUTH: Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway (A3), Rosarno exit, to continue for Rosarno - Nicoterna - Joppolo - Coccorino - Ricadi/Capo Vaticano.

BY TRAIN: 
get off at Ricadi (2 km), Tropea station (12 km) or Vibo-Pizzo station (35 Km).

BY AIR: 
you have to arrive in Lamezia Terme airport (65 km) or Reggio Calabria airport (110 Km).

Payment Conditions After having chosen the desired accomodation, you will have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental fee via credit card.
The balance is to be paid on arrival or departure directly to the provider of the accomodation service.
Terms of Cancellation The cancellation of a booking must be done in writing (via fax, e-mail or ordinary mail). In case of cancellation Tropea Booking will refund you the following amounts:
- cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival date: 90% of the deposit.
- cancellation from the 29th to the 15th day prior to arrival date: 50% of the deposit.
- cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date: no refund of the deposit.
A possible reduction of the planned period of stay is considered to be a cancellation.
