Hotel Residence Rosy

"Residence Rosy" is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Tyrrhenian coast close to the promontory of Capo Vaticano. Relaxing holidays are guaranteed, as our holiday village is a very quiet place surrounded by a huge mediterrean garden and only 600 metres from the beach. Our guests can either walk or use the free bus transfer service from and to the beach where the beach service (deck-chairs and umbrella) is already included in the price. After a relaxing day on the beach, you can visit the beautiful medieval town of Tropea which is only a few kilometres away and offers typical Italian flair. Recently designed, our holiday village consists of several apartments of various size with one or two bedrooms, completely furnished kitchen-lounge, bathroom, telephone and  furnished veranda or balcony. Moreover, a swimming-pool with childrens’area, a bar and a private parking space are available for our guests.

 
Residence Rosy is composed of various apartments of different types: 1-Room-Studio-Apartments, 2-Room-Apartments, 3-Room-Apartments - all completely furnished with equipped kitchen, satellite TV, telephone and furnished veranda.
All apartments are situated on the ground floor and are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

Description of the apatment types:
1-Room-Studio-Apartment (Monolocale) for up to 2 persons:
composed of one room with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and furnished veranda.

2-Room-Apartment for 3 persons (Bilo 3):
composed of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished veranda.

3-Room-Apartment for 3 persons (Trilo 3):
composed of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished veranda.

3-Room-Apartment for 4 persons (Trilo 4):
composed of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished veranda.

3-Room-Apartment for 5 persons (Trilo 5):
composed of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished veranda.

Payment Conditions After having chosen the desired accomodation, you will have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental fee via credit card.
The balance is to be paid on arrival or departure directly to the provider of the accomodation service.
Terms of Cancellation The cancellation of a booking must be done in writing (via fax, e-mail or ordinary mail). In case of cancellation Tropea Booking will refund you the following amounts:
- cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival date: 90% of the deposit.
- cancellation from the 29th to the 15th day prior to arrival date: 50% of the deposit.
- cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date: no refund of the deposit.
A possible reduction of the planned period of stay is considered to be a cancellation.
