Hotel Residence Eolo

Recent construction (2004), the structure is developed on two floors. On the ground floor is the hall with reception, the restaurant, bar, and the TV room. always with the plan Earth from the interior side near the pool with hydromassage are also found the double rooms, and two apartments-suite, all with patio outside. The two plans are dedicated to the other apartments-suites all with balconies-terrace with sea view, various capacities, from two to six beds. The third floor there is the solarium,
where there is the possibility of full sun-tan. The solarium through a spiral staircase, is accessed the tower of Belvedere to 360°, from where it is possible to enjoy a unique panorama. With a single glance it has the view of the Aeolian Islands, of the Strait of Messina, Sicily, and of the two gulfs of Lamezia Terme and Gioia Tauro.
Developing on two floors, accommodation in our hotel, is configurable to your needs. We have double rooms with bathroom, and apartments-suite, two to eight beds, all with balcony-terrace sea view, and that we propose however in formula hotel, with treatment of full-or half board.

Payment Conditions After having chosen the desired accomodation, you will have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental fee via credit card.
The balance is to be paid on arrival or departure directly to the provider of the accomodation service.
Terms of Cancellation The cancellation of a booking must be done in writing (via fax, e-mail or ordinary mail). In case of cancellation Tropea Booking will refund you the following amounts:
- cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival date: 90% of the deposit.
- cancellation from the 29th to the 15th day prior to arrival date: 50% of the deposit.
- cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date: no refund of the deposit.
A possible reduction of the planned period of stay is considered to be a cancellation.
